1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
I conduct an initial on-site visit to discuss your ideas and requirements. Following the consultation you will receive a written copy of the brief, based on our discussions, together with a quotation.
2. SITE SURVEY
A survey and assessment of the garden/space is conducted from which a scale plan is developed to work from. Depending on the scale of the project this may be conducted by a surveyor.
3. CONCEPT PLANS
The survey together with the brief, forms the basis for the design. Preliminary drawings (and mood board) are then produced for presentation, discussion and, if required, further development.
4. MASTER PLAN
Once the concept has been agreed and a scheme has been decided, detailed CAD drawings are produced clearly outlining the scheme.
5. SETTING OUT & CONSTRUCTION PLANS
Where projects incorporate hard landscaping or structural requirements, a setting out plan will be required. Construction details and specification document can be provided. From the construction details and specification the contractor will be able to cost, set out, and build the garden
